Wir sind von Niederholtdorf, wo man gut parken kann zunächst bis nach Oberholtdorf gelaufen. Dort gibt es den Grundriss eine alten Saalkirche des Deutschordens. Dann weiter nach Vinxel und zum Gut Frankenforst. Von dort aus über die Kasseler Heide. Zurück dann runter Richtung Heisterbacherrott und über den Paffelsberg durch den Wald zurück.
