So today we're off to Odense again. The last 10km are on a well-signposted and well-maintained bike path. Immediately after arriving, we went to Cafe Deilig at the H.C. Andersen House. We got the tip from an Odense resident we met at the Fynshead Cafe. Thanks for that. The fish smørrebrød was really…

Today's destinations were the Mårhøj burial mound (info picture 6) and the mill in Viby.
Since the Fyns-Hoved Cafe is near the burial mound, we naturally had to go there again. The delicious food is not to be missed 😋.
The windmill is currently being restored and therefore stands without its wings.

Today's tour took us to Fyns Hoved, the "Head of Funen." It's the northwestern tip of the Hindsholm peninsula on Funen. The weather cooperated, and we had a fantastic view of the sea.
On the way back, we had to replenish our sugar levels with coffee and cake at the Fyns Hoved Cafe. There's also a small…

Today we had to battle the wind much less. Our destination was Odense: Denmark's third-largest city, the birthplace of Hans Christian Andersen, a university town, a bishopric, and simply beautiful.
Odense aims to be carbon-neutral by 2030. The city already has excellent infrastructure for cycling. It's worth a visit 👍

Murphy's Law: On the coast, you can ride wherever and whenever you want. ➡️ The wind always blows from the front.
Kerteminde and Nyborg are both beautiful little towns. It's definitely worth a visit. The bike paths are beautiful and well-maintained. The sections where you have to use the road are less pleasant.
