Great little after work walk, some lovely views, really quiet and tea at Old Horns Inn afterwards is a fab evening.

Froggatt, Curbar and a bit of Baslow Edges
Run/walk combo, just having a lovely time really. Had doggo with me and there were sheep/coos on Baslow, hence only a bit of that. Plus a bit of back and forth for a brew with a view (you can leave that bit off).

Fiume Laia wild swim spot
Secret wild swim spot along the dried riverbed until you reach a turquoise pool at the bottom of a waterfall. Shielded by the trees it remains cool, even in 42C.

Colle Perini Peak via Shelter loop from Casperia
Fab walk, beautiful woodland on the ascent which was great as it meant being in the shade, much needed. The flies were brutal though, perhaps don't go mid-summer.

Alla Scoperta della Valle - Canyon Walk
Fab walk for hot days (start early though). Some of the national trails are quite overgrown and not well waymarked so keep an eye on your route (walked uo a couple of hot steep hills by mistake grr!).

Vacone loop from Rocchette
Lovely little out and back between the two villages. Very rocky and loose terrain for most of the up/downhill sections. Mostly shaded depending on time of day.

Rocchette Ruins and Village mooch
The original plan for a loop to Vacone based on someone else's route fell flat as the trails just aren't there. But had a mooch around the gorgeous hilltop town instead.
