Cycle from Mountain Ash on Cynon Trail to Carnetown fire rds,Abercynon.
Follow fire roads to main rd, turn left then go over bridge then right towards Llanwunno pub(Bryn ffynon Inn). Go past pub up onto Blaenllechau mountain rd, then drop down straight onto brand new cycle path all the way to Porth.Stop in Rhondda Heritage Park for coffee then onwards through Barry Sidings to Pontypridd and onto The Taff Trail back to Mountain Ash
