Start Pen y Pound rd,Abergavenny.Follow country lane all the way to Llantony Priory. Continue on up to the Gospel Pass and Hay Bluff before turning sharp left back down to Talgarth for lunch at The Mill..cheese rarebit out of this world.

Mountain Ash to Llwyn Onn Reservoir, Merthyr Tydfil
Mountain Ash to Llwyn Onn Reservoir via The Cynon Trail.At Penderyn turn right at The Lamb Inn over Cwm Cadlan.After second cattle grid turn first left onto loops and Links forestry roads before dropping down into Garwnant Outdoor Activity Centre via the sculpture trail.#MyKomootStory

Brecon to Sennybridge
Leave Brecon heading towards Cradoc, then onto Sennybridge.Take a left after leaving Sennybridge into back lanes to Defynnog and Mountain Visitor Centre

Resolven cycle
Cycle from Premier store in Resolven straight up onto fire roads, came back down nr Clyne then cycled up path to Melincourt Waterfall.Returned via Resolven canal

Mountain Ash to Llanwynno to Abercynon
Mountain Ash to Llanwynno via Perthcelyn.Cycle on road past Llanfabon Inn towards Blaenllechau but mountainside smouldering. Turned around and cycled to Ynysybwl then joined NCN route 47 Lady Windsor Cycle Route to Abercynon then back up The Cynon Trail to Mountain Ash.

Usk to Bridge 72 at Penperlleni then on Brecon and Monmouthshire canal through Newport, Cwmbran and Caerleon.Cycle back to Usk via Bullmoor Lane

Mountain Ash to Hirwaun then Merthyr Tydfil
Mountain Ash to Hirwaun on cycle path then joined Head of The Valleys new cycle route to Pant and Dowlais then rejoined Taff Trail through Merthyr Tydfil and down to Abercynon before rejoining Cynon Trail back to Mountain Ash

Ponsticill Reservoir to Torpantau and Upper Neuadd Reservoir
Parked at Ponsticill Reservoir then cycled on fire roads to Torpantau where Brecon Mountain Railway train stops. Crossed over rd then up to the empty Neuadd Reservoir.Crossed over lower part and disused buildings then got onto fire roads on opposite side.Joined Taff Trail then back to Ponsticill.Lots of visitors,walkers,cyclists out…
