Mountain Ash to Blaenllechau join brand new cycle path back to Mountain Ash
Cycle from Mountain Ash on Cynon Trail to Carnetown fire rds,Abercynon.

Tal-y-Bont to Trefil and Tredegar loop
Parked at Tal-y-Bont, cycled up Bryn Oer Tramroad to top of mountain.Crossed over to Trefil Quarry then cycled through Trefil and got onto cycle path towards Abergavenny.
Got onto canal then back to Tal-y- bont.Super route

Treherbert Mountain loop
Parked near Baili Glas Car Park, Treherbert Mountain then cycled into Windfarm and cycled to Llyn Fach pond and cut through to Llyn Fawr Reservoir then returned back to fire roads and cycled down to Zip World, had coffee then cycled up main rd back to car.Glorious views all around

Maerdy Mountain and Llanwunno🚴🚴
Park on top of Maerdy Mountain, Aberdare then cycled on fire roads through St.Gwynos Forestry onto Clydach Reservoir/pond (newly transformed by LA) and past waterfall called Pistyll Goleu.

Komoot makes me chuckle with its odd stats. On a cycle ride it once showed my maximum speed at 65mph! I can assure you I'm not that fast - I didn't get a call from UAE Team Emirates.....
