Eine schöne kurzweilige Runde ab Schnaittach zur Festung Rothenberg und retour. Meine Empfehlung: die Runde in der gleichen Richtung zu laufen, da die Steigung zur Festung "moderater" ist, als andersrum. Keine besonderen Ansprüche, auch für Familien geeignet, allerdings ohne Kinderwagen. Die Festung kann besichtigt werden, Zeiten sind übers Internet abfragbar. Einkehrmöglich besteht bei Abstieg. M.E. bei trockener Witterung ganzjährig möglich. Am Ortsrand von Schnaittach gibt es einen gut gelegenen Parkplatz als Start / Ziel.
