Today it’s quite warm here in the North and me and Allison had to go and see our solicitor for our impending house sale, finally sold it !
We did a bit on the Waggonways then pounded the pavement to the Solicitors.
We’ve also had to take on a Scottish Solicitor as the house we’re going to buy is in Berwickshire, the other property we were after fell through on a technical matter regarding the title deeds. If all goes well we’ll be living in Coldingham.
