Expecting poor weather according to the forecast was a suprise to see it dry and bright so changed what I was gunna do and got a local one in. Was really good to be out, still nursing a knee issue it certainly felt alot better.

Nursing a back back and knee ,did some basic maintenance on the bike and went for a little local (keeping clean as possible) spin to try it . Rough weather conditions....

Rain stopped about half one so headed out locally again,some paths some road ,some trails and a fair old bit of mud. Was just good to get out.

Hopped on the bike and headed out with no idea how far id go with the temps etc. Really cold but enjoyable went way further than expected. Needed that !

After a bit of a disaster day, couldn't get motivated then I did ,packed the car headed off to do a power hour turbo laps of trails 12 mile into the journey I realised I hadn't packed a lid or the cover off the bike. Headed home in right one mad at myself...had half hour and then got the bike out and just did a local with time getting on...baltic and too many people for me but I found a small trail ive not rode before next to the quarry...better than nothing......

Last minute trip out with a mate popped to Ryhope to hit the track that can take you all the way to hartlepool, did a bit then came back. Watch playing up kept freezing the recording .was a bit further i think .regardless it was good to get out for all the bad weather.
