Headed to chopwell for a couple of hours. Trying out a newer fresh model of the bike i had. Sized down more nimble will get on well with this one. Knee held out too...

Hamsterley trails....
As per with me an impromptu decision to hit hammers,been a while since ive been ,knee felt good this morning so thought id do a bit more than just flat stuff, all good really enjoyable day still really muddy .22 miles in full power all day with 14% left. Bit stiff and sore tonight not been as used to it and iced the knee but happy....new bike needed soon.

Quick zip up the coast and back forgot to start the watch until I was a was well under way. Didn't record it it didnt happen right!

Back on the bike !!
Back out after a small break, went out too see how the knee would hold out and it seems pedalling is fine...just walking not so, went way further then expected ,beamish did some trails and back a bit of everything with some better weather....roll on the better weather

Walk
Small walk today with the sun out. Struggling still with a meniscus tear in me left knee and walking seems to agitate it...was good to just get out though. Bike away getting looked at hopefully get it back soon...

Suns out bikes out....
Expecting poor weather according to the forecast was a suprise to see it dry and bright so changed what I was gunna do and got a local one in. Was really good to be out, still nursing a knee issue it certainly felt alot better.

Quick test spin
Nursing a back back and knee ,did some basic maintenance on the bike and went for a little local (keeping clean as possible) spin to try it . Rough weather conditions....

Just another local one
Rain stopped about half one so headed out locally again,some paths some road ,some trails and a fair old bit of mud. Was just good to get out.

Local blast out....better than expected
Hopped on the bike and headed out with no idea how far id go with the temps etc. Really cold but enjoyable went way further than expected. Needed that !
