A great day for a walk. The usual path to the Peak Forest Canal, which I've made a little easier over the past couple of walks cutting back the bramble, but beware the stuff still grow rapidly. This route we took the path by the Joshua Bradley hoping the recent heatwaves had dried it out, and we were right, there was hardly any mud. The bonus of this route is that the amount of walking on tarmac is kept to a minimum and the green parts looked even greener in the sunshine.
