Zum Oberhäuser Hof, über den Grenzweg RLP-Hessen ins Palmbachtal. Über schöne Waldwege Richtung Ketternschwalbach. Weiter am Waldrand entlang, Ketternschwalbach halb umrundet und zurück ins Palmbachtal. Dann natürlich wie sollte es anders sein, der Anstieg, der mich wieder in die Heimat führt. Heute hatte ich drei neue Stationen der Sommerolympiade zu absolvieren 😄
