Die Sonntage lassen uns im Moment nicht so viel Raum für freie Gestaltung 🤷🏼‍♀️. Also wird die tägliche Elternpflege mit dem wöchentlichen Reha-Besuch in Bergisch Gladbach per Radel etwas aufgelockert. Unterwegs gibt es immer wieder schöne Ausblicke und Interessantes zu entdecken - Kopf wird sorgloser und Körper hat etwas Bewegung an der frischen (wenn auch grade ultimativ heißen 🥵) Luft.
