Croy to Tak-Ma-Doon via gravel and picturesque paths past Banton Loch and Colzium Estate - very nice, much better than with the traffic through Croy, Auchinstarry & Kilsyth.
Should have tried aerial ropeway in playpark on Colzium Estate.

Carron Valley - The Runway - easy MTB but a bit spicy for me, runs faster than it did?
Sir John de Graham’s Castle (or Dundaff Castle) - interesting little place, barely off the track and good views.
I made a dead end windfarm wrong turn, not recommended unless you like dead end windfarm wrong turns.
The usual wet hike-a-bike link up between the windfarms was wet as usual :-(
Single track descent to Stirling was fast.
