Great day for it, warm weather and almost no wind, pit stop at the Milk hut for a coffee and take in the views, never going up that hill to Carmichael visitor centre ever again, talk about steep, 🚀

Lanark to Carnwath + return
It's been so wet and windy recently, I went out for a run, it was a bit windy and I managed to get home and dry just before it started raining.

Black Law Windfarm
A few miles North East of Carluke, it has the Darmead Memorial in memory the Covanenters. A great run today, recommend mountain bike or gravel bike

Lanark to West Calder for a cappuccino
Good cycle, lovely weather on the way to West Calder, got soaked on the return journey, a car driver thought this was amusing as he sounded his horn on the way past, takes all sorts 🙄. Lovely Capachino and cake at Thistles cafe
