Scousburgh Sands, or Spiggie beach as it's commonly known by islanders, is a north facing beach in Shetland's South Mainland. With accessible parking close by, it's a wonderful and dog friendly, beautiful stretch of white sand flanked by cliffs and rolling, green countryside. Across the dunes to the back of the beach is Spiggie Loch, an RSPB nature reserve.
