Südanstieg über Krautriessteig: Anders als vermutet, ist der Steig durchgehend, sparsam aber ausreichend markiert. T4, Stellen T5, I. Steil, Gras. Laub - Grödel erleichtern das Leben. Das Wandl bei ca. 1.140m (II) kann auch rechts (ostseitig) umgangen werden. Da kommt dann auch ein Markierungspunkt, allerdings geht es auch dort sehr steil durch erdiges und vom Gamswechsel erodiertes Gelände.
Abstieg über Jagasteig/Ostgrat.
