@Helius FFM It's a shame that the Katzenlai Trail isn't as beautiful as it was a few years ago 🥲. The area was a real insider tip for many years. I'm so sorry you had to sacrifice your beautiful derailleur 😞.

@🦊 FOX 🦊 Katzenlai was just about manageable. It was rideable, but only with utmost concentration. There were trails, even a detour around the windbreak. And climbing over tree trunks is still easier than climbing up treetops like at the beginning of Geroldstein.

We were able to ride it there, except for one spot. That was really cool, and the view from the Katzelai is still amazing today 🥰.

@🦊 FOX 🦊 I have...yes. Essentially, the wild boar trail on the left side of the slope hasn't changed. The rutted trail is still there, too. Only now it's an obstacle course with all the trees, and some holes and broken branches require utmost attention.

Who says Wisper is for the faint of heart? 🤩.

@MTB-Olli Nope, when I had to push my bike on the road. I was doing it in compliance with the German Road Traffic Act. But motorcyclists think she's the Kings of Wispertal.

True, it's really bad on the weekends. Unfortunately ☹️
