Dieses Jahr im März mit dem Training auf dem Laufband begonnen. Jetzt habe ich mich zum ersten mal nach draussen gewagt in Begleitung von meiner Tochter 🥰
Ich bin ganz zufrieden. Normalerweise läuft mir meine Tochter davon, aber heute konnte ich sogar mit ihr mithalten. 😊
