Today to discuss the planned multi-day tour to a little place in Saarland. We almost only met people while eating herring in the ski hut. By the way, it was very tasty and made especially for Carnival. Date, running direction and rough direction are available. What is not yet revealed. I'm definitely really looking forward to doing this with the Kallinche 🤩.
A nice tour. The Pfändebachtal has very beautiful, idyllic places. The snake cave is located a little away from the tour, unfortunately there are a lot of broken glass on the floor
Today at 3:00 p.m. we thought about going out. It should be the relatively new Pfänderbachtal circuit. We parked at the wind turbine 🚫. A detour to the snake cave 🚷 also had to be. We didn't miss the stop at the Einöd ski and hiking hut either 😋. A beautiful and varied, well signposted circular route of a good 8 km. It was nice 😊!
Very spontaneously, from now on, I drove to the Einöd ski and hiking hut to do a lap in the Pfändebachtal. From the hut we started straight away with a beautiful path, which led slightly uphill parallel to the Pfändebach. It currently carries a lot of water, which flows down the chasm in small, nice waterfalls a little further up. After 400 m the path was over. A few meters of asphalt and I continued uphill on a fairly wide forest path. After a short time I reached the Eberhardsbrunnen, with a small shelter and a water treading pool, as well as some seating. On this path I went uphill almost 100 m. The Pfanderbach valley soon branched out and the path followed the left valley cut further up. The path to the mountain farms branched off to the left, which was also followed by the signposted hiking trail. But I found a small passage in the pasture fence and I followed this small, almost non-existent path upwards to the spring. Unfortunately, the spring itself was completely overgrown and the small exit from the pasture served as a route for the inflow of the spring. Now I followed a few meters of farmland until I reached the small road to Kirrberg. Here I followed this towards the Berghöfe. The road soon turned left and straight ahead a dirt road led downhill into the forest. First downhill, then parallel to the slope and downhill again, I followed the forest path to Audenkeller Hof and on to the connecting road Schwarzenbach - Emilienruhe. A little bit through Schwarzenbach, past the Roman Museum and I was back at the small parking lot. Due to the damp weather, some of the paths were very muddy, but that's how it is at this time of year. 8 km, 140 m, 2 ¾ hours, 6° to 11°C, sometimes even some sun.
