June 26, 2024,Hochzeitstag Tour zur Lachenspitze 🩵⛰️als 🚵🏻‍♀️&🥾
Today we went to the Lachenspitze with @derKlein for our wedding anniversary.

Difficulty: T2 to T3

From Tannheim we first took the eBikes to the Landsberger Hütte material cable car.

Then we went over the Traualpsee and Landsberger Hütte, about 900 meters up to the Lachenspitze.

Today we were completely alone at the summit :-)

Start in Tannheim by bike to the Vilsalpsee
Very nice climb to the Landsberger Hütte
After about 20 minutes access to the via ferrata
Don't forget your helmet!
If you have problems the first few meters here, you should perhaps use the normal route! Sure-footedness and arm strength are required, several vertical walls …

Parked in Tannheim for a fee and cycled to Vilsalpsee. The climb to the Landsberger Hut was very promising past the Traualpsee. Directly at the hut is the junction to the via ferrata and in about 15 minutes you can reach the start on the north face of the Lachenspitze. The climb is classified (C/D), so definitely not for beginners. …

The destination was Landsberger Hütte and so we went with plenty of luggage 🎒 from Tannheim to the beautiful Vilsalpsee and then the climb ↗️ up to Traualpsee and on to the Landsberger Hütte. Once there, we took a short break, …

So now the last tour before I annoy you 🙈😊 another little farewell tour according to the motto "there is no such thing as bad weather" 😅 although it actually only rained again on the descent 😊

But the Vilsalpsee is just fantastically beautiful in any weather 🥰

Breathtaking scenery. I parked the car in Tannheim for the day ticket for €5. With the Vilsalpseeexpress for 6 € there and back, it went to the lake. The first part went with a good climb, on a mostly tree-lined path to the Traualpsee.
Hearty landscape. You can already see the Landsberger Hütte on the hill behind the lake. The …

Today we went from the Vilsalpsee to the Rote Spitze with @derKlein and two friends.

Up to the Traualpsee everything was still free of snow and easy to walk on. From here we have put on our Grödel. The section to Landsberger Hütte was quite icy, but the ropes were free.
