New round without much HM...Not really nice to ride unless you stay on the road ☺️ Goal: Small chainring at the front, sitting and cadence...everything implemented very well, TF comes slowly, sat well up to 50 then a bit restless...muscles and body very strong, legs fully there and everything feels great...knees without problems 😁👍
