A narrow forest path on the former state border between Baden and Württemberg. The numbered boundary stones with the respective national coat of arms are placed at regular intervals.

The climb from the waterfall to the Burgbachfelsen rocks has a somewhat alpine feel. A gentle incline zigzags between the rocks.

It just doesn't work without water...but it's much nicer this way. At the start of the tour, the Burgbach waterfalls were all to ourselves. I could have stayed here forever. Let my thoughts wander, listen to the rushing sound and breathe in the cool air... pure forest bathing. After this extensive photo stop, there was a decent climb to our …

Super great hike with a beautiful waterfall. The beer fountain halfway along the route is also a nice idea. Invites you to linger. Various schnapps to try are also available for a small fee. The round is highly recommended. Partly good surefootedness necessary.

Very nice hike, which with its only 11 km was also quite a challenge. The descent as well as the ascent were exhausting, despite the only 350 HM, because they had to be managed over a short distance. The views and the waterfall were amazing.
