July 7, 2024,Wandern in Morsbach - Das Bergische - Baumweg

Today we're heading to the town of Morsbach. Tree Trail number 24 awaits us, along with a beautiful tower. The weather is good, and we have time until the evening, because then there will be storms ⛈️Trees shape our lives in many places and produce a large portion of the oxygen without which no life would be possible. Just took a little hike with me on the way back 😉
And since we always like to go on themed hiking trails, it was another Bergisch foray. Short & crisp and after only 2km we both grabbed the water bottles 🥵 because the sun was shining beautifully again ☀️

This path was ideal for a short walk in the late afternoon. At just 6 km long, you can walk it in a good 1.5-2 hours. You should plan some time for the climb and the view from the observation tower. The views are fascinating!

Very nice short circular hiking trail with the possibility to climb an observation tower.

After the early shift of our linen trailer, we went, albeit later in the day, on a short foray into the mountains, number 24: Baumweg in Morsbach. Actually, we don't want to drive that far! Nevertheless, it was a nice little round with a lot of information about trees, beautiful distant and local views and as a highlight the observation …
