Niederdorf is a district of Morsbach in the Oberberg district in southern North Rhine-Westphalia within the administrative district of Cologne.

Niederdorf lies in a rural, wooded area at the southernmost tip of the Oberberg district. The cities of Gummersbach (38 km), Siegen (35 km) and Cologne (75 km) can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Neighboring districts are Morsbach in the northeast, Alzen in the southeast, Siedenberg in the south, and Flockenberg in the west.

The place was first mentioned in a document in 1466, namely "Peltz von Nyederndorff is a Homburg jury in a Weistum over incoming people."
