September 5, 2021,Scottish National Trail - Day 15 addon: Kingussie - Creag Bheag circular
This walk is an addition to the main Scottish National Trail route, and much recommended. A quick though steep climb from Kingussie to Creag Bheag (487m) with breathtaking and truly panoramic views of the hills and mountains in the area. An equally steep walk down to the east offers superb views of Loch Gynack before eventually reaching a road taking …

I wanted to reccy this route as I'm guiding a womens walk, I knew it would be pretty, but it's absolutely stunning 😍

There was zero litter actually on the route to Creag Bheag, and the only litter I found was at the golf course. It wasn't a huge haul, but even little helps, right?! ✨️
A beautiful loop in the Highlands with excellent views from the summit of Greag Bheag. Since the descent was very steep and slippery, I recommend doing the loop the other way around and starting along the golf course.
