Today, a self-assembled tour. A bit short. Sunny at first, then unfortunately cloudy. Besides the town of Bietigheim, the vineyards are the highlight. However, there, too, an increasing number of vineyards are being abandoned because cultivating the steep slopes requires not only manual labor but also strenuous legwork. Moreover, irrigation is usually no longer viable.

Pure holiday feeling...in bright sunshine on the panoramic path above the Enz to Bietigheim to the Christmas market. Here we were given waffles prepared by a clever young "man", the youngest member of the Youth Red Cross. Later over the Metter and along the Enz back to our car, which was parked in the “Hirschberg” hiking car park.
