A nice tour over two cycle tracks and the Vechtetal route. Many places to stop for a break in Schöppingen, Eggerode and Darfeld. During our tour there were a lot of cyclists on some sections.

Tip: If you want to follow the tour, you should not do this on the weekend in good weather.
