My weekly commitment in the Westerwald enabled me to follow this beautiful tour from our local hiking star @Bonnie24. It was a small detour, but I saved time in planning. I stayed completely dry and really enjoyed what was otherwise a very cloudy day.

Today we went hiking in the Westerwald. I found the last 5 km by car to the starting point strange, almost as if I were driving to the end of the world. The road was now just a better-developed, single-lane farm road.

When we arrived in Peterslahr, we parked at the church square and started our tour from there.
