Różanka Rose Garden

The current park, opened for walkers on April 20, 2007, was established in the place of Różanka - Rasarium/Rosengarten established in 1928 on the occasion of a gardeners' convention and expanded in the 1930s.

More than nine thousand roses in 99 varieties have been planted in the garden, as well as other valuable plant species.
In the southern part of the complex, developed with perennial plants, a fountain was built, consisting of two reservoirs (upper and lower). Its part were sculptures of four birds (geese or swans) by Kurt Schwerdtfeger, hence the name "Bird well".
