We had hoped that around 500 m the temperatures would be more bearable. We weren't disappointed as the wind was nice even though it wasn't noticeably cooler. In addition, the sun and shade constantly changed on the way, perfect!

This weekend our destination 🏕️ was the Eifel again but we set up the roof tent at a different campsite.
This one was in Hellenthal and is really deluxe compared to Heimbach (sanitary facilities👍🏻).
