Today I cycled on the Vulkan 🌋 cycle path to Lauterbach. There is a bike shop there and a replacement inner tube was found. Unfortunately no holder for the phone ☎️, never mind. After Anguggen town (castle, lots of half-timbered houses) and a visit to a bakery 🥯 we went back and then turned right and up to Ulrichstein.

Was pretty tiring. Up to the Hoherodskopf almost only on forest, meadows and gravel paths. Shortly before the turning point for 2 to 3 km on single trail. Then up to Ilbeshausen forest paths and single trail. Had to push the bike from time to time and lift it over fallen trees. Then home via the Bahnradweg.
