Very nice bike ride. Start is at the WoMo pitch johannesaue. Via the Wiesenmühle brewery, shortly to the parking space weimarers@trasse, it goes in the direction of Bad Hersfeld. Everything paved. Super flat bike path. In Schlitz I can recommend the country butcher shop in the center of town.

The Fulda cycle path from Fulda to Bad Hersfeld is fantastically beautiful! Constantly changing landscapes, great quality cycle paths and cozy places on both sides of the path. Make sure you take a detour to Schlitz!!! Very beautiful castle town with winding alleys, great half-timbered houses and a quaint brewery! It's worth taking a short break here!

I started the day... with breakfast! Then off to the city tour, which was only a short distance but very worth seeing and hearing. The 44 hours in Fulda impressed me.

In the afternoon, a nice, leisurely route to Bad Hersfeld. Great weather, no cars and always nice along the fairly wide Fulda valley, forests, meadows and floodplains.
