First contact with the sea (here it's called the Strait of Dover) during our Picardy vacation. We sailed through marshland at the rising tide to the Hourdel lighthouse. From there, we had a great view of the Bay of Somme. At low tide, you can see many seals along this stretch. We'll have to come back for that.
