Already in 1840 a light beacon was built on this site. In 1852 this was placed on a 10 meter high wooden base. In 1905 a new lighthouse was built on a metal column 10.2 meters high. It was destroyed by war in 1944.
In 1950 a new lighthouse was completed, made of reinforced concrete and 18 meters high. A space was built next to it in which services were established
