First time hiking in the Habichtswald forest. I saw a surprising number of beautiful, very interesting highlights. So many basalt columns and rocks.

Only the geologist in me always has a crisis when she reads the signs. Calling basalt rocks silicate rocks is like cream of mushroom soup without the mushrooms.
