Again a beautiful walking area with varied paths. Steep climb and descents. Decent waterproof hiking boots and clothing are required.
Some trails are closed by the local farmer.

Return not recommended. Very exhausting, overwhelming for children. Exhausting long descent.

Late summer hike to Trollpikken, paths a bit muddy from the previous rainy days. But very beautiful mountain scenery and views. The Trollpikken, well, it did inspire us to hike 😉😀

Great hike.
Parking lot still empty in the morning.
Nice path to Trollpikken. Back over peaty meadows and streams that were paths or the other way around🙂⛅🌨️🥾🥾

Trollpikken is a popular tourist attraction. Don't arrive too late at the parking lot if the weather is nice, or it might get crowded. From the parking lot, you'll be directed onto the wide main path, which initially even has bridges and ladders. If you start early enough, you can take a photo of the rock without tons of people …

And again a bit further south, with an overnight stay at a husky farm, we went to "Trollpikken" today.
A rather easy hike, the parking lot costs 100 NOK, the money is used for path construction. Wooden paths or ladders were built in tricky or wet spots.
Trollpikken is a very striking stone, um... Anyone who likes can try translating …

A good tour, but at times very wet and muddy. NOTE: some grazing sheep may bring a dog with them.

Showing Translation

Hike to Trollpikken or rubber boot tour. You would have needed those at this time of year. Otherwise a nice tour with all the natural beauties.
Conclusion 5 out of 5 ⭐️
