Today it finally worked out what I had wanted to do for a long time:
A tour to the Aletsch Glacier, the largest glacier in the Alps.
We got up very early because there was still a long drive by car, as from Lucerne you first have to go over the Grimsel Pass and then a little further along the Rhone Valley…

This was also a tour that I had wanted to do for a long time. I've often traveled between Lucerne and Schaffhausen by car, motorbike or train. But never by bike.
Even though there is no real mountain on the route, it was still very varied. First I crossed the Rhine a few times and then finally got a little…

Today we finally went to Lake Thun. I had been meaning to drive along it completely for a long time. The start was a bit unusual at the top of the Brünig Pass. It's actually not my style to enjoy a descent that I haven't climbed before. But I combined the pleasant with the useful, so to speak, because…

I've wanted to go further up the Engelberger Aa for a long time. Today was the day.
On the climb to Engelberg there is still a diversion due to the landslide. The climb is no longer nearly as steep, but you have to drive along the road for the last part.
Once in Engelberg, we take a very nice path up the…

Today a very relaxed trip to Meiringen. I wasn't really fit, otherwise it would have been more. Then return even more relaxed with the Panoramabahn to Lucerne.

I finally got around to climbing the Buochserhorn.
There is absolutely no "infrastructure" on the Buochserhorn compared to the Stanserhorn next door, which is only a mere 100m higher.
The advantage of the Buochserhorn, however, is that you can enjoy the fantastic view all by yourself undisturbed.
The Buochserbergstrasse…

Today we finally went to the Klausen Pass. Couldn't wait any longer for the "Klausen Monument" event on September 10th. where the route is then reserved for cyclists.
It's a very nice stretch, especially in the upper part where the road narrows and becomes more winding. After Unterschächen there is another…

Another after-work round. This time, with a lot of luck, I was able to drive away from a thunderstorm...

Finally on the Pilatus today. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to drive everything, but it will.
@Daniela H. and @moelipesche, thanks for the "ancestor" - I'm trying to "follow" 😉
Actually hardly any mud on the route. A short section was definitely too steep for me and I got lost umpteen times, "trail reading…

After what felt like an eternity, I was finally on the mountain bike again today.
I set off quite spontaneously and unfortunately much too late. But I had a great tour in mind.
She drove up to Daniela H..
From Zug we first went up the Blaseberg and, after a short descent via Schmittli, gained altitude again…
