A very nice bike tour. First, through the typical heath landscape with sandy paths. Be careful when crossing horse-drawn carriage tracks, as the sand is very loose. The second part of the tour takes you through agricultural land with mostly paved paths. Finishing with cake in a idyllic, high-altitude setting is a great idea.

Once around the town of Schneverdingen. Since the city is located on the south-western tip of the Lüneburg Heath, there were many different landscapes, from heathland to fields and high forest, everything was there. At the end there was even a herd of Heidschnucke, only the shepherd stood by with a mobile phone instead of a shepherd's staff.
