뀰렌바흐의 자전거 수리 스테이션은 퀼탈라트베크 바로 옆 퀼비제에 있습니다. 2023년에 설치되었으며 이동 중에 간단한 수리를 위한 도구를 제공합니다. 스패너, 타이어 레버, 공기 펌프 등이 있습니다. 이를 통해 펑크 난 타이어나 헐거워진 나사를 신속하게 직접 수리할 수 있습니다. 퀼탈을 통과하는 자전거 여행자에게 매우 실용적인 시설입니다.

버트라다부르크는 퀼탈의 뫼를렌바흐 위에 인상적으로 자리 잡고 있습니다. 오늘날의 성곽은 아마도 13세기 말에 지어졌으며 1331년에 처음으로 문서에 언급되었습니다. 특히 눈에 띄는 것은 오늘날에도 성곽의 모습을 결정짓는 강력한 이중 탑문입니다. 카롤루스 대제가 이곳에서 태어났다는 전설이 성곽을 둘러싸고 있지만, 역사적으로 입증되지는 않았습니다. 이 성은 오늘날에도 사람이 살고 있으며, 따라서 특정 시간에만 부분적으로 방문할 수 있습니다.

When we hear of the patronage of Saint Thomas, most people in Germany probably automatically think back two thousand years to the time of Christ, because one of the twelve apostles Jesus called to follow him bears this name. In the biblical accounts of the New Testament, he is nicknamed "Didymus," which means "twin" in German. In this case, however, the chosen patron of the former monastery and current retreat house—and also the namesake of this place in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm—refers to Saint Thomas Becket (1118 to 1170), also known as Thomas of Canterbury after the place of his bishopric and martyrdom.
