It is located in Aviatico (Bergamo), a town next to Selvino: it is located below Mount Poieto

Located at "Il Forcellino", it is a curious abandoned house where there is a crossroads between the various paths in the area: from here you can easily reach Monte Suchello and also Monte Alben.

Maria Grazia Donadoni explained the mystery: her ancestors 200 years earlier, in addition to using the Forcellino's "Ol Palass" for hunting, often invited friends and relatives to enjoy themselves. During these stays, those who stayed at “Palass” for a few days knew they were going to encounter some jokes. It happened to go to sleep and find a sparrow under the sheets, or to be awakened in the middle of the night by screams and moans, or even to find the mistletoe on the chair. Someone of this cheerful gang, hearing the rumors circulating about the ghost of the Forcellino, thought of attaching a small bell to a poor owl. Once released, the poor owl wandered in the area between the Piccinelli house and the Roccolo, spreading the sound of the bell, thus fueling the belief that the ghost was real.

In the year 1857, a local hunter, who was near the Roccolo, heard a strange bell at a short distance from him. Looking around he saw nothing but, after a few minutes, the strange noise returned to repeat itself. The fact continued to repeat itself and the hunter, frightened, began to tell the locals about the strange ringing. Friends, skeptical at first, soon had to change their minds. At the Roccolo, but especially near the old Piccinelli house, passers-by began to hear strange noises of bells, invisible and therefore considered magical phenomena.

The story starts back in 1850, in the area known as «il Forcellino», in the Municipality of Gazzaniga. In this place, famous for its game, there was an old abandoned house already owned by the Piccinelli family. In those years, the brothers Antonio and Filippo Donadoni, passionate about hunting, bought the nearby Roccolo and a large portion of the surrounding land. In the following years they built a large house, renamed by the locals as "Ol Palass" and, still today, in good condition.
