The Church of Santa Margherita is the main place of worship in Valzurio, a hamlet of Oltressenda Alta, in the province of Bergamo. Dedicated to Santa Margherita di Antiochia, it dates back to the 15th century and was elevated to a parish in the 16th century. The building has a traditional structure with a portico on three sides, supported by elegant stone columns. Inside, the church has a single nave with four side chapels, including one dedicated to the Madonna del Rosario and that of the Deceased. The main altar is decorated with works by the Fantoni family, renowned artists from Bergamo. In 1986, the church was united with the parish of San Bernardo da Mentone di Nasolino, forming a single religious community.
