The wandering dune is the absolute highlight in List on Sylt. From the road that leads to the town, you get an exclusive insight into the beautiful nature and the largest continuous shifting dune area in Europe. The shifting dunes reach an impressive height of 30 meters.

You can hardly get any more northerly in Germany. Nice for cycling, hiking and swimming.

The dunes of light yellow sand are very impressive.

A great natural spectacle presents itself here. Unfortunately, the dunes can only be seen wandering between (at least) two vacations on Sylt. A movement of this dune cannot be observed within a single stay of the usual length of vacation.

Beautiful nature, great bike path. It's best early in the morning, it gets pretty crowded from 11:30 to 11:00.
