The detour to Lavinaspitze is worth it just for the great view. You can hardly get enough of it and it's almost difficult to pull yourself together again to keep going.😉

Popular starting point for paragliders who hover over the Adige Valley from here. For everyone else a good point to marvel at the mountain panorama of the Ötztal and Sarntal Alps.

If you want to be more sure-footed, go to the Überetscher Hütte and take path 523 into the valley. The 538 Prazollersteig is very demanding at first.
