Wonderful place to be

Punta Larici is one of the most spectacular natural balconies on Lake Garda. From up here, the view extends in every direction: Riva and Torbole on one side, Malcesine and the majestic Mount Baldo on the other. On clear days, the view reaches as far as Torri del Benaco. A truly breathtaking panorama!

The Rifugio Monte Stino, at 1,437 m, is nestled in the Val Sabbia, between Lake Idro and Lake Garda. Opened in 2014, it offers typical local cuisine and large outdoor spaces. There is no possibility of overnight stay. Next to the refuge is the Chiesetta degli Alpini. Unfortunately it has been on private property for some time. By taking a detour around the back you can still get to one of the most beautiful viewing rocks with a view of Lake Garda. Top

On the highest peak of Monte Isola, at about 600 meters above sea level, stands the sanctuary of the Madonna della Ceriola, from whose surrounding courtyard you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Iseo and the surrounding mountains. The sanctuary was completed in 1750 and is of great charm.
