The Cascate (there are several!) Piovere are located almost exactly between Aer and Piovere on the signposted hiking trail between these two villages.

Not too many visitors in May. A lovely spot. You can continue up instead of going down, slightly to the left and up. The path is easy to spot, but it's quite steep in places, and you have to be a bit careful. There are a few spots that offer sensational views. At some point, we turned around and walked back.

From Renzano, the path to the Madonna is easier than from the top! The chapel is beautifully done.

Unfortunately, the path to the Madonna del Rio was very overgrown during our stay. It was also not an easy path! In places it was very steep and very slippery!
