In Kratzeburg, the "Flatterhus" is located, a national park information center of the Müritz National Park, dedicated to bats. Visitors can expect an interactive exhibition about these fascinating animals as well as information about the region. The Flatterhus is a starting point for cycling tours and is located on the "SpurenWeg" (track path), which is also accessible for the visually impaired. A special highlight is the annual Bat Night with exciting activities. Kratzeburg is ideal for a nature-based cycling tour in the region.

The village church, a rectangular plastered brick building with a half-timbered western roof tower, dates from 1757. The pulpit altar with screens dates from the time of its construction, and the lectern dates from the first half of the 18th century.
