The sails and wind rose of the Anna mill can be seen from afar. It was built in 1904 - 1905 on the foundations of the predecessor "Cecilie" from 1858, which burned down in the same year. The Anna mill is of the "octagonal earth and cellar Dutchman" type and is built of solid masonry that reaches down to the cap. Since 1982 there has been a local history museum in the Anna mill, which deals with the history of the village of Nübbel. The extensive exhibition includes historical objects, photos and documents from the fields of agriculture and housekeeping as well as crafts, including tools for wooden shipbuilding. Since the beginning of 2005, the mill has been owned by the Anna Mill Foundation, whose aim is to preserve the mill.
