The Marina is a great place to run. It is really flat and you can run past all the boats along the paths. The beach is close by and there are cafes and pubs that you can start or finish it. There's also public toilets there and there is a nice 5k loop or more

A lovely long stretch of beach across from the Clyne cycle path. You can run all the way along the promenade down to Swansea city or along to Mumbles. There are is a cafe further along and public toilets.

Beautiful beach along the bay between Swansea city centre and Mumbles. At low tide, the bay becomes an endless expanse of mudflats and sand creating an eye-pleasing vista as you jog on by.

Enjoy unobstructed views across Swansea Beach on this long flat section of paved path that follows the coastline. On a clear day you should be able to see all the way over to Mumbles Head, which marks the start of the Gower Peninsula.
