The Marina is a great place to run. It is really flat and you can run past all the boats along the paths. The beach is close by and there are cafes and pubs that you can start or finish it. There's also public toilets there and there is a nice 5k loop or more

A lovely long stretch of beach across from the Clyne cycle path. You can run all the way along the promenade down to Swansea city or along to Mumbles. There are is a cafe further along and public toilets.

Lovely park in Swansea it has a nice cafe van and lots of benches and places to sit and enjoy the view. There is a stream that runs through it and lots of trees and nature. It is close to the beach and also has surrounding cafes.

Enjoy a jog through Singleton Park, the largest urban park in the city of Swansea. The park consists of acres of beautiful green open space featuring some very funky tree carvings and a botanical gardens.

Mumbles Hill is an important nature reserve that sits on the south eastern tip of the Gower Peninsula. It consists of winding gravel and dirt paths that provide beautiful scenery over Swansea Bay.

Wonderful views of the much-loved landmark of Mumbles Pier with a backdrop of a few lonely islands that lay just off the coastline.
