The Bocchetta delle Oche pass connects Val Soana to Valchiusella. The pass is very scenic.

It is located at the highest point of a GTA path that connects Piamprato to Campiglia Soana (also passing by the sanctuary of San Besso). Therefore it is possible to make the crossing starting from one side or the other. I started from Piamprato, and on a sign it said that if you get off at Campiglia, there is a summer bus that takes you back to Piamprato, without the need to have 2 cars.

Piamprato is located at 1,551 meters above sea level and is a fraction of the municipality of Valprato Soana. It can be said that it is the perfect place for outdoor lovers: alpine and cross-country skiing and ice falls in winter; climbing and hiking in the summer.

The path is characterized by the presence here and there of some conifers. On the opposite side the La Ciavanassa chairlift is clearly visible with the series of hairpin bends that lead to the Rosa dei Bianchi Refuge; below, however, the village of Alpe Prariod is clearly visible.

Colle della Borra is located at 2,578 meters above sea level, above the grange of the same name. It is located between Punta dell'Orletto and Punta della Balma. It can be reached both from Piamprato and from the Sanctuary of San Besso.
