From the station to the start of the trail you pass through the very pretty little town of Canzo

Very nice, it was open on Saturday 13th December.

Second'Alpe is a village located in the Canzo Valley, approximately 1,000 meters above sea level. In addition to its scenic charm, Second'Alpe also features an open-air museum of the old village, which offers an interesting insight into life in these parts.

The Forcella dei Corni is a crossing point between the Corni di Canzo peaks, located at 1,276 meters above sea level. Trail no. 5, which starts from Terz'Alpe, leads to this pass. From here, you can take several routes: left for the Corno di Canzo Occidentale, right for the Corno Centrale, or descend to the SEV Refuge. It's an excellent vantage point offering spectacular views. The trails that continue from here toward the peaks of the horns have steep and technical sections that require caution.

Forcella dei CorniからCorno di Canzo Occidentaleへの登りは、EEに分類される区間をたどり、岩場や草地を通過し、簡単なクライミング箇所がいくつかあります。特に濡れた地面や岩では、確実な足運びと注意が必要です。 周囲の景色を眺めるのに最適な場所です。

From the Forcella dei Corni you can choose whether to descend to the SEV Refuge or climb towards the Corno di Canzo Occidentale or the Corno Centrale.

A trail that's not too difficult but very interesting due to the sculptures found along the way... at times it almost becomes a fun game, finding the various works of art.

We ate really well and the interior room was very beautiful!
